任职要求
1.硕士在读，计算机、数学、统计学、管理科学等相关专业； 2.有风险策略/数据挖掘/机器学习等相关工作经验者优先，行业包括第三方支付、信用卡机构、卡组织、信贷、互联网等； 3.熟练使用至少一种分析工具，如SQL、SAS、Python、 R等，熟练掌握数据挖掘/机器学习算法者尤佳； 4.突出的分析问题和解决问题能力，自我驱动，并且具备较强的学习能力、创新应用能力及沟通协调能力。 5.英语可作为工作语言。
工作职责
1.基于历史数据和专家经验，基于数据分析、挖掘，设计针对盗用、欺诈、作弊等风险的安全策略且持续优化； 2.平衡支付体验的便捷和风险控制，设计、实施、监控风险-收益最优化的安全策略，保障业务健康发展； 3.与数据、产品、技术团队深度合作，建设风险引擎中台能力。 4.与业务深度合作，主动理解业务，分析产出风控insight，并协调推动跨团队资源整合，保障业务健康发展，对业务进行风控赋能。
