1.宏观供需预测相关数据分析，评估现有模型预测效果，对badcase进行深入分析，引导下一轮迭代优化 2.宏观供需预测算法开发优化，结合业界前沿案例，实现市场指标预估的优化提升，优化特殊日期，天气下预估效果 3.根据业务需求，进行制定指标未来6周，小时/天/周维度的预测

Join Didi EG’s high-caliber operations team as an intern focused on gathering customer insights and supporting day-to-day operational tasks. This role is ideal for a proactive communicator who thrives on interacting with users and contributing to impactful projects. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct customer interviews/surveys with passengers/riders to gather pain-points and feedback on service quality, map accuracy, and overall experience. • Support ad-hoc operational tasks, including managing vendors, updating price configurations, etc. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that enhance user experience. • Help coordinate pilot programs or local campaigns, and drive cross-team collaboration to test new features or pricing strategies.
