1）计算机、统计学、运筹学等相关专业硕士及以上学历； 对深度学习、机器学习等领域前沿技术有浓厚的兴趣 2). 优秀的业务直觉，扎实的算法技术能力，善于把业务问题系统化拆解建模为算法问题，并高效解决，在业务中落地 3). 熟练掌握海量数据处理技术，有使用Hive、Spark的能力和经验 4). 编程基础扎实，熟悉基本算法数据结构，有较好的Python开发经验 5). 优秀的沟通协调能力 6). 善于思考，逻辑清晰，有优秀的数据分析和解决问题的能力，对挑战性的问题充满激情
工作职责
面对国际化外卖业务复杂的多边业务交易市场，使用深度学习、机器学习、因果推断等工具，设计最核心的交易匹配算法与策略，支持国际化所有国家和城市，直接提升国际化业务核心指标，助力滴滴在国际市场的成功。 研究主要包括国际外卖场景下时间预估、奖励策略等，持续提升用户体验与履约指标；
