职位名称：运营实习生（客户洞察与协调方向） 所属团队：ANZ 定价与客户体验团队 工作地点：北京，或远程办公 职位概述： 在这个岗位中，你将深入了解业务实际情况，挖掘有价值的用户洞察，并有机会接触高绩效团队的核心运营工作。 加入 DiDi ANZ 的卓越运营团队，担任客户洞察与日常运营支持实习生。该岗位非常适合善于沟通、积极主动并希望参与有影响力项目的同学。 主要职责： 与乘客/司机进行访谈或问卷调查，收集关于服务质量、价格感知及整体体验的反馈与痛点； 支持临时运营任务，包括供应商管理、配置更新等； 跨团队协作，推动提升用户体验的专项行动； 协助协调试点项目或本地活动，促进跨团队合作以测试新功能或定价策略。
1. 支持广告投放（墨西哥方向）素材建设管理的各项工作（如西语文案审核、素材西语标签管理等）； 2. 支持投放素材在各流媒体上的素材效果表现数据整理工作，并输出一定程度的分析和总结； 3. 支持DSP类渠道广告投放和运营工作，包括子渠道报备、素材上传和数据校对等； 4. 支持部门内部其他事务工作
