We seek to hire an HR Manager – Alibaba Cloud, who will be a key member of the growing international HR team supporting Alibaba Cloud’s rapid expansion around the world. Alibaba Cloud, founded in 2009, is a global leader in cloud computing and artificial intelligence, providing services to thousands of enterprises, developers, and governments organizations in more than 200 countries and regions. Committed to the success of its customers, Alibaba Cloud provides reliable and secure cloud computing and data processing capabilities as a part of its online solutions. In January 2017, Alibaba Cloud became the official cloud services partner of the Olympics. The successful candidate will be based in Singapore with occasional business travel. Job Description: ● Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including Talent Acquisition, HRBP, Training & Development, Employee Relations, HR projects, etc. ● Collaborate closely with senior business leaders and their teams to formulate and implement HR strategies that promote organizational and employee excellence across the region ● Design and implement talent acquisition solutions to meet Alibaba Cloud's explosive business growth, and establish recruitment plans and effective recruitment channels to ensure that all hiring needs are delivered efficiently and accurately. ● Manage the local onboarding processes and partner with the SSC/ Staffing team to ensure seamless integration for new and relocated employees ● Ensure company HR policies, practices and programs comply with local employment laws and provide clear interpretations to employees and managers ● Organize events and activities to drive a positive culture across the teams and departments. ● Undertake other ad hoc projects as required.

Deeply understand the product attributes, business scenarios, customer characteristics, and risk patterns of credit products, and develop risk management processes and policy frameworks that match the business model 2. Evaluate and measure the credit and fraud risks of existing and potential customers within and outside the system using internal and external bank data 3. Be responsible for formulating, optimizing, and monitoring risk control models, rules, strategies, and related risk control systems before, during, and after lending, and coordinate with other risk departments 4. Differentiate access thresholds, credit limits, pricing, and repayment methods for different customer groups based on quantitative risk control capabilities to achieve optimal goals 5. Convert data mining results into policy optimization plans and deploy them in decision-making systems, while coordinating with technical, data, and modeling teams to implement risk strategies online 6. Track market, industry, and public opinion trends to provide data support and decision-making basis for business development and risk management planning, driving continuous optimization of the risk management system

Job Description: 1. Provide legal support in relation to digital infrastructure, artificial intelligence (AI), software as a service (SaaS) and other cutting-edge technologies, including product development, operations, and global commercialization. 2. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, offer solutions from legal perspective, draft and review product agreements and other legal documents, as well as participate in negotiations. 3. Collaborate with internal key-stakeholders and support global transactions for deployment of various lines of technology products. 4.
