任职要求
1、2026届毕业生，本科及以上学历，计算机科学、数据科学、应用数学、统计学、人工智能或相关专业优先 2、扎实的数据结构和算法基础，熟悉常见的算法（如因果分析、统筹优化、机器学习、深度学习、强化学习等）和数据挖掘技术 3、熟练掌握至少一种编程语言，如Python、Java或C++ 4、具备数据分析和建模经验，熟悉常用的数据科学工具和库，如NumPy、Pandas、Scikit-learn等 5、熟悉机器学习算法和深度学习框架，如TensorFlow、PyTorch等 6、具备良好的问题解决能力和团队合作能力，能够高效地与不同团队进行沟通和协作 7、对于业务和行业有敏锐的洞察力，善于发现并解决业务增长中的挑战和机遇。
工作职责
1、设计、实现和优化定价算法，确保最佳利益平衡，提高货运服务的效益 2、开发和改进补贴增长算法，确保货运司机和用户的利益，促进业务的可持续增长 3、研发和改进分单相关算法，优化货运订单的分配和调度，提高整体效率 4、与产品团队和业务团队密切合作，深入了解业务需求，找到业务增长的机会和挑战 5、运用数据分析和机器学习技术，对业务数据进行挖掘和建模，提供有效的业务解决方案 6、研究最新的算法技术和行业趋势，不断学习和改进算法模型，提高系统性能和效果 7、协作团队成员，进行项目规划和进度管理，确保算法开发和优化工作的顺利进行。
