任职要求

1)	Minimum bachelor’s degree, and you bring a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management roles, within a diverse organization
2)	Major in electronic engineering or automation technology, with strong technical background.
3)	Servo Drive, Invert related product or E-Car Drive hardware or software development project management.
4)	Comprehensive knowledge of PLM, Lean and Agile, CRM and SCM knowledge is preferred.
5)	Work independently and have profound planning and organizational and multitasking skills as well as reliability and the ability to work successfully, using own initiative in a busy environment.
6)	Self-motivated, with an interest and ability to learn our technical products and a high degree of attention to detail.
7)	Proficient English, Strong communication, business writing, and presentation skills

我们正在为西门子数字工业运动控制部门创新产品事业部招聘一名研发项目负责人，负责驱动系统相关工作，包括伺服驱动器和电机产品。该职位的核心职责是确保高效的项目管理，并为项目在预算范围内按时成功交付提供支持。

你将在以下领域发挥影响：
1. 全面负责执行所有项目活动，如计划、实施和监督活动;
a. 从业务验证开始启动项目，确定项目的范围、时间、成本和质量目标。
b. 计划进度，投资，预算，员工，产能，机构。图表(所需资源计划)，工作包，定义项目信息沟通。
c. 通过项目成本，材料成本和生产成本，包括投资和模具成本，推动产品完成产品成本目标。
d.通过DFMEA, DFM&DFT从设计到生产推动质量目标。
e. 支持产品交付，客户要求和投诉，物料稳定性。
f.对产品全生命周期的项目风险进行管理，识别、跟踪、消除。
g.记录从未来可追溯性需求中衍生出来的特性列表，以便于完整性的验证。
h.项目开发过程中团队成员的成长。
2. 根据西门子PLM流程负责执行、交付和报告。
3. 扩大项目成果，如专利、经验、教训等。

需要你具备的技能和胜任力：
本科以上学历，电子，自动化相关专业
5年以上技术项目管理工作经验
有伺服驱动器,逆变器相关产品，或者电动汽车驱动等硬件或者软件开发项目的项目管理经验优先
全面了解PLM, Lean and Agile, CRM和SCM知识优先
独立工作，有深刻的计划组织和多任务处理能力，以及在繁忙的环境中使用自己的主动性和成功工作的能力

The China Portfolio (CNP) is part of Siemens Digital Industries Motion Control. What are my responsibilities?
1.	Full responsible for carrying out all the project activities e.g. planning, implementing, and supervising campaigns, 
a.	Initiate the project from business verification, define the Scope, Time, Cost and Quality target of project.
b.	Plan the schedule, investment, budget, headcount, capacity, org. chart (needed resource plan), working package, define the project information communication.
c.	Drive the product to fulfill the product cost target via project cost, material cost and production cost, incl. investment and tooling cost.
d.	Drive the quality target through the DFMEA, DFM&DFT from design to production.
e.	Support the product delivery, customer request and complain, material stability.
f.	Manage the risks of project during the whole life cycle of product, identification, tracking and elimination.
g.	Document the feature lists which are derived from requirement for future traceability and to enable easy verification of completeness.
h.	Team member growth during project development.
2.	Responsible for execution, delivery and reporting in line with the Siemens PLM processes.
3.	Enlarging the achievements from projects, e.g., Patent, experience, and lessons.
4.	Driving Siemens culture to the project team and be a model of standing for Siemens value.
