What is expected?
We are seeking an experienced electronic developer to undertake the tasks of hardware design. You will be also involved to product maintenance and troubleshooting working together with cross-functions. In addition, always keep the time-to-market insights to serve the customers.
What will you do if join us?
• Drive projects to be delivered on time and as needed.
• Clarify the product requirements, assist the system architecture engineer to complete the definition of product related interfaces, and cooperate with the embedded software engineer to complete the design of software and hardware interfaces.
• Be responsible for the design of product schematic diagram and reliability analysis of PCBA; Define the PCBA validation plan and implement the corresponding PCBA validation work and assist in the testing of product prototype samples; Continuous optimization of PCBA design provide technical supports for PCBA suppliers and assembly factories.
• Key circuit simulation, components selection and patents clarification.
• Participate in the review of software and hardware design of different projects.
• Complete hardware design documents and PCBA version control, release and change.
Who are we looking for?
• Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer, electronics, automation and communication.
• Has a deep understanding of analog circuit, digital circuit, microcontroller and power supply design.
• Be able to use electronic design software, simulation tools and debugging tools for schematic design, circuit simulation, circuit optimization and circuit verification.
• Comprehensive product development experience, encompassing autonomous requirement clarification, requirement breakdown, feature implementation, manufacturability design, and customer support.
• All technical details communicated in English&Chinese.
• Industry experience: Preference for automotive and instrumentation sectors.

About The Role This engineer within the vehicle firmware organization is responsible for defining and executing system validation test plans. You will work closely with software developers, program managers, and counterparts in the United States to come up with the validation strategies for both released and upcoming Tesla vehicle platforms. You will also work on automated validation bucks to free your hands from regression tests. The scope contains systems such as LV power, authentications, closures, windows, seats and lightings. Additionally, as the system validation representative you will work closely with other component owners as well to ensure our system is well integrated and validated from a full vehicle perspective. THE ROLE Tesla is looking for a skilled and motivated individual to design and develop electronics for use in our HV electronics systems. This individual will collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers to deliver best in class electrical architectures and products. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced embedded SW Engineer to join our LV Electronic Module Design team in Tesla Shanghai. The candidate will play a crucial role in algorithm design and implementation, embedded software development and module/vehicle level testing and validation. The candidate should have a good understanding and hands-on experience on RTOS, ARM architecure, embedded system hardware, etc. Knowledge and experience on wireless phone charging, like Qi and high power priviate protocols are high appreciated. Responsibilities: Archietect, code and debug embedded software in C/C++ for microcontrollers to implement functions required in electronic modules. Develop device drivers (SPI/I2C/UART/USB/CAN), RTOS modules and implement communication protocal stacks Collaborate closely with the EE/FW engineers to ensure seamless integration and system level evaluations. We are seeking a multi-faceted Electrical Engineer who will be responsible for all aspects of identifying, analyzing, root causing; implementing countermeasures, and reporting on issues affecting all low voltage PCBAs including, but not limited to, body controllers and car computers. This candidate will work with test engineers within the group to quickly mitigate and implement countermeasures at suppliers and factories to improve quality, reliability, durability of the products.
