工作职责
Team management with controlling responsibility along the product life cycle from the perspective of the factory as well as economic co-responsibility for productivity and targets (setting & achieving) for the success of factory / products / functions. Focusing on most efficient and compliant finance control processes to support & influence the main KPIs of the factory. You’ll make an impact by Responsible for an accurate, timely reporting of financial figures as well as supporting the business in providing additional insights through dedicated analysis of the past, as well as predictive into the future thinks and acts in scenarios. In addition focus on redesign and harmonization of financial and related business processes within the MF plant network. To drive finance excellence and setup a future oriented MF finance community. • Planning, rolling forecast and cost control • Product value management • Factory/ functional cost management • Headcount holistic view • Capex management • Ensures proper revenue and cost controlling, and design and maintenance of underlying cost account systems, value Flow / Master data management • KPI transparency • Rules and Regulations • TAX (if applies) • Assets management (if applies) • Ensure proper execution of controlling/reporting in order to achieve best possible results Management of strategic projects and special topics across locations is also part of the responsibility. Drive efficiency by utilization of CoC for Innovations. (Innovation Incubator) Responsibility to ensure contribution of the team in order to achieve Hoshin Kanri targets of MF and the factory. Motivates and inspires the team, drives change and innovation and is responsible for change management.

You’ll make an impact by • Serve as a true business partner, leveraging your financial expertise and digital acumen to drive operational excellence and support the factory's growth ambitions. • Provide in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making for management • Collaborate closely with cross-functional team to identify cost optimization opportunities and improve financial performance • Spearhead the implementation and optimization of digital controlling tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and insights • Act as a trusted advisor to the factory management, translating complex financial data into actionable business recommendations • Lead special projects and initiatives aimed at driving continuous improvement innovation and cost optimization • Contribute to the development of the factory's long-term financial strategy and roadmap • Monitor the progress of investment, projects ,expense development , pricing fluctuation and other operation which may influence company's profitability fulfillment and escalate to management when necessary • Monitor product cost development and identify the product cost reduction measures with other function departments to keep SSCL product cost competitive advantage • Coordinate with process compliance and audit process
