战略规划与执行:
• 制定与区域销售战略一致的3-5年业务策略和措施,包括业务增长规划、核心竞争力发展、新业务机会、新客户开发以及数字化业务发展。
• 制定并明确部署业务实施计划,领导销售团队实现年度销售目标。

市场与客户发展:
• 负责市场情报收集,包括竞争对手、市场趋势和市场份额监控。
• 管理客户分配,建立并维护与客户和合作伙伴的长期关系。

组织与流程:
• 了解并执行内部销售流程,利用销售工具提高业务效率。
• 有效协调内外部资源,加强跨部门合作。

团队管理:
• 指导并促进团队成员业务能力的提升。
• 指导团队成员个人发展、规划和领导力培养。
• 打造良好的团队协同氛围,促进持续学习的团队文化建设。

Job Description • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to needs and objectives. • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas. • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts). • Prepare reports on account status. • Collaborate with the relative teams to identify and grow opportunities within the territory. • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
