You’ll make an impact by • To be responsible for driving regional commodity management, strategy management and supplier development for assigned commodity of indirect material • Regional annual cost saving target fulfillment with main strategic driver, like regional tender/RFQ, negotiation, and optimization project etc. • Design and organize tender, supplier day, negotiation, and finalize the frame and individual agreements and price • Trigger the sustainability and digitalization initiatives within the category • Manage supplier relationships, collaborate with regional business partners to align demands, requirements, build relationships and improve supplier performance • Analyzing and calculating independently market report, procurement cost, and business demands to develop proper strategies and corresponding action plan • To be responsible for tender implementation and dealing with complaints and escalation from business partners
1.Manage indirect procurement category (MKT, Retail, Admin, Logistics etc) and focus on after-sale service & logistics, to establish and continuously optimize the procurement guideline and management system according to variety of categories within WEU countries; 2.Set up and manage the supplier pool by category to support the stakeholder departments, to ensure all the execution could go well and efficiently, and keep optimizing deliverables' quality, cost and efficiency to contribute to better business success; 3.Develop the procurement strategy by category, to promote procurement's profession sustainably, to improve the coverage of frame agency, to manage the whole process from PR to payment and to avoid compliance risk; 4.Conduct supplier selection for all the categories to filter the excellent frame agency and implement PO under the frame contract, set up long-term relationship with high-quality suppliers to improve procurement efficiency and service quality; 5.As sponsor for country/regional procurement manager, in-depth understanding of company's business, control the stakeholder's demands to make a comprehensive resource plan, and promote the satisfactions with stakeholders all the time.

You will be responsible for one of the following areas: Order Fulfillment: Coordinate sales forecasts with order entry; optimize supply resource allocation; manage order commitments, demand changes, and logistics shipments; resolve supply exceptions. Supply Planning: Evaluate market demand and project progress; develop production and delivery plans; identify material supply risks to ensure readiness and on-time delivery. Procurement Execution: Place purchase orders and track supplier schedules; identify delivery risks and close supply-demand gaps. Logistics Management: Design and implement logistics solutions; optimize international logistics networks and warehouse layouts to improve efficiency. Customs Compliance: Coordinate with internal teams and customs brokers; adjust trade strategies to enhance operational efficiency and compliance. Regional Supply Chain Management: Oversee production allocation and demand fulfillment in overseas markets; manage inventory turnover and logistics networks, bridging global supply chain and regional operations.
