职位概述 西门子Xcelerator平台数据运营专员将通过执行数据分析和支持运营管理,协助提升西门子Xcelerator平台的透明度、客户洞察力及运营效率。您将负责运营数据的跟踪与初步分析,特别是用户旅程分析,并与平台与技术团队协作,协助发掘符合工业客户画像的高价值用户。同时,您还将与商家服务团队紧密配合,支持潜在用户向销售线索的有效转化。此职位要求您具备扎实的数据分析基础、细致的执行能力和良好的跨部门沟通协调能力,以支持平台业务的持续发展和运营目标的达成。 主要职责 • 数据跟踪与分析支持: 负责运营数据的日常跟踪、整理与初步分析,包括协助进行用户旅程分析,并根据数据洞察协助提出优化建议,以支持提升客户满意度和平台运营效率。 • 平台透明度支持: 协助与业务部门、商业团队及合作伙伴财务等相关方沟通,支持提升西门子Xcelerator平台的运营透明度及客户分析能力。 • 高价值用户识别: 协助平台与技术团队,通过数据分析识别并筛选符合工业客户画像的高价值用户,并支持用户增长策略的执行。 • 运营流程执行: 协助执行运营标准操作程序(SOP),明确职责范围,并支持关键绩效指标(KPI)的日常跟踪与报告,确保运营流程的规范化与高效性。 • 销售线索转化支持: 协助西门子Xcelerator平台的日常运营管理,特别是与商家服务团队协同,支持高价值用户向销售线索(Leads)的有效转化,并协助优化Leads-to-Cash全链路的顺畅与转化效率。 • 商业分析协助: 协助制定并执行商业分析策略,包括但不限于西…

Mission Execution of complex value-oriented expert services for customers defined in the global product catalogue in accordance with company methods, regulations and guidelines. You’ll make an impact by • Deliver standard accounting services by processing Closing & Reporting service daily tasks and solve C&R related issues in compliance with ISA in demanded quality and in accordance with company regulations and guidelines. • Perform month end closing and management reporting in time and in quality. Provide expertise to customers to implement CF reporting requirement and local reporting requirements. • Communication with headquarters, Support customers and internal/external partners on a professional level: To advice customer regarding service-related topics in the languages of customers and help customer to find the solution. To discuss, share or explain the specific information to internal/external contacts, including Controller/Commercial of OC/BU, GL accountant of OC/BU, Corp Finance / Group Accounting, IT, Internal/external Auditor etc. • Provide project support, e.g., Automation and optimization Project. • Work with other functions to resolve issues in a timely manner • Any other ad hoc assignment as required, e.g., Conduct training courses to internal/ external party. • Experience with international projects or lean projects is perferred.

You’ll make an impact by Monthly payroll • Strictly follow monthly payroll process, from payroll preparation to post payroll, responsible for payroll logic/data check • Familiar with overall payroll calculation logic, could handle process independently • Keep a good record of monthly working file, record specialties, follow compliance requirement • Closely interact with internal and external audit, make sure quality of service Be responsible for service compliance • Work closely with TAX team to ensure IIT handling fulfils compliance requirements. • Work closely with payroll team to ensure correct IIT calculation • Process optimization • Consolidate and investigate current payroll & IIT product and process • Deep dive and raise optimization ideas Knowledge management and sharing • Keep well tracked personal and team working file. • Provide payroll and IIT knowledge to other colleagues, within the same team or cross teams. Other tasks • Support other teams’ work within H2R CN • Other tasks manager assigned
