DI Automation China is a newly established organization comprised with PLM, CRM and SCM functions. The goal of this organization is to drive the growth of Siemens’ industrial automation business in China market. Working at the strategy department for DI Automation China will allow you to support the top executives at Siemens navigating the challenging market situation and capturing the growth opportunities. Mission Execution of complex value-oriented expert services for customers defined in the global product catalogue in accordance with company methods, regulations and guidelines. You’ll make an impact by • Deliver standard accounting services by processing Closing & Reporting service daily tasks and solve C&R related issues in compliance with ISA in demanded quality and in accordance with company regulations and guidelines. • Perform month end closing and management reporting in time and in quality. Provide expertise to customers to implement CF reporting requirement and local reporting requirements. • Communication with headquarters, Support customers and internal/external partners on a professional level: To advice customer regarding service-related topics in the languages of customers and help customer to find the solution. To discuss, share or explain the specific information to internal/external contacts, including Controller/Commercial of OC/BU, GL accountant of OC/BU, Corp Finance / Group Accounting, IT, Internal/external Auditor etc. • Provide project support, e.g., Automation and optimization Project. • Work with other functions to resolve issues in a timely manner • Any other ad hoc assignment as required, e.g., Conduct training courses to internal/ external party. • Experience with international projects or lean projects is perferred.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1) Build a high-performance team, raise the bar on talent acquisition, performance measurement, and career growth. o Attract, hire and retain top sales support talents and brand marketing media solution support experts to form a best-in-class digital advertising organization. o Provide exceptional mentoring and coaching to develop your direct reports and the broader Ads team. o Elevate the team's skill sets and continuously build a deep bench of talent across the vertical. o Define clear, measurable input metrics and tactical action plans to drive staff performance. o Serve as the main point of contact for key brand marketing, digital media, and marketing executives in China. o Lead the CN team to support in promoting advertising solution for advertisers and customers. 2) As supporting owner of the business, owns client segmentation, go-to-market, resource planning, and deliver eventual business results. o Determine short- and long-term coverage plans per property, vertical, account, territory, and AE. o Develop a comprehensive account and agency coverage strategy for China’s global brands and export industry to accelerate Amazon Advertising product knowledge enablement. o Build and manage a detailed engagement strategy for Fortune 500 type clients. • Builds and maintains relationship with executives and business and technical decision makers at high levels of the customer's organization through consultative engagement to establish trust and credibility in future interactions. Continues to build reputation with customers during interactions by being customer-focused, consistently honoring commitments, explaining technical concepts relevant to the customer, and connecting the customer to Microsoft executives. Leverages selling methods (e.g., digital) to network and create a pipeline, consume account-based marketing outputs, and reflect the engagement strategy in our customer plan. • Manages and executes plans utilizing common sales and delivery methodology for the Microsoft sales organization for multiple accounts to ensure Microsoft targets and customer business needs are met. Coordinates with extended virtual teams and holds self and the team accountable for executing on plans and meeting customer needs. Outlines revenue targets to deliver on account plans. Orchestrates extended team and embraces partners to scale business. Ensures achievement of revenue and consumption targets and drives integrated joint account governance through customer plan on regular frequency. Identifies initial stakeholders, customer needs, and customer priorities. Proposes initial Solutions/Sales Plays. • Seeks customer feedback (both formal and informal) of assigned accounts to identify and understand the drivers of satisfaction and/or dissatisfaction. Leverages internal resources to support customer needs. Orchestrates others (e.g., Customer Success Account Management [CSAM]) to anticipate issues/risks on customer satisfaction, determine the root cause of problems, remove blockers, and establish recovery action plans as need to improve customers' overall experience. Proactively establishes agreement on success measures and manages execution on success measures to prevent need for recovery plans. • Builds and maintains knowledge of Microsoft offerings, as well as of customer business priorities and basic industry trends to positively articulate the value of Microsoft's offerings in addressing the needs of the assigned accounts and evaluating their business. Coordinates with internal industry experts (e.g., industry teams) to gather industry data of assigned accounts and improve planning.
