In the position as solution Manager, you are responsible for development of new Data analysis architectures and models using the latest cloud technologies. As part of an innovative team, you perform applied research with a focus on data analytics technologies. To maintain, enhance, and continue to deploy new package, version of the current platform includes data platform, ETL, Qliksens, SQL server and AWS. Thereby, close collaboration with the business units of Siemens Limited China is required. Also, you are responsible to initiate and drive collaborations with internal and external team member. Potential application fields include AI/ML, Mendix, snowflake. Own the design of fulfillment product solutions for Keeta Drone Delivery Service and take full responsibility for solution delivery quality and business impact. 2. Deeply understand local customer needs and convert insights—derived from scenario characteristics, cultural differences, and data analysis—into actionable product iterations, along with clear validation methods and timely performance evaluation 3. Develop actionable product strategies based on market insights, industry trends, and competitive analysis. Ensure the product remains competitive in the market through continuous monitoring and innovation.
岗位职责: 1、深入研究餐饮业发展趋势，通过数据分析，挖掘连锁品牌在外卖平台经营的机会点，帮助大客户经理影响当地连锁客户； 2、针对不同品类客户或不同场景，承接公司策略且输出适用于连锁品牌的增长策略及对应解决方案，并整合、输出、复制经验； 3、探索并引领联合商业计划等战略合作模式框架，与客户经理共同建设头部客户的深度合作模式并运营； Job Responsibilities: 1. Conduct in-depth research on the development trends of the catering industry, identify business opportunities for chain brands on the takeaway platform through data analysis, and assist the senior account manager in influencing local chain customers. 2. Develop growth strategies and corresponding solutions for different categories of customers or scenarios, implement corporate strategies suitable for chain brands, and integrate, output, and replicate experiences. 3. Explore and lead the framework of joint business plans and other strategic cooperation models, work with the account manager to build deep cooperation models with key customers, and operate them.
