• Bachelor’s degree with major in Mechanical, Electrical and Engineering major.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical basics of related product, marketing basics, R&D, Process, basics in product related standards, strategic planning, business management
• Relevant Protection relay and Smart device experience are preferred.
• Standards in CN and globally defining sustainability topics in general and especial for power distribution systems and solutions.
• Capable to join standardization groups for sustainability topics and willing to represent Siemens interests.
• Define by product and action plan to ensure the compliance of our certificates and documents with domestic and main global requirements – while being in line with global activities.
• Basic know Eco friendly design, CO2 footprint evaluation in different level and for excellent cooperation with sustainability team.

You have responsibility for the economic success of the product towards the business manager in charge of the economic value. You need to understand the market and initiate new product development, product improvements and product phase out. You are responsible for the up-to-date condition of product-relevant data required for promoting the product. You need to follow PPM process. You'll make an impact by • Definition of the products to be implemented as well as basic developments including the cancelling criteria and general conditions in project orders (e.g. in req. spec.) • Make suggestions for the products, advanced-engineering and basic developments to be implemented • Market observation and timely integration of necessary changes into the product according to the change management • Co-operates with other PLMs to identify business-overlapping synergies • Initiates the identification and analysis of key competencies • Evaluates the future market requirements, competitor situation, purchase-deciding factors, comparative competitor advantages (CCA), unique features, etc. regarding the product portfolio • Supports the supply of product-relevant data to market, competitors, product, production, etc.. • Orders the elaboration of substitute strategies • Preparation, evaluation and reporting of the indicators that are relevant for his products (e.g. quantity, target price, EBIT, EVA, revenues, etc.) and transfer of this data to the PPM process • Ensure the planned production run-up

Build and maintain a core metrics system for user conversion and retention, covering key stages such as user acquisition, first orders, repurchase, and retention. 2. Monitor user behavior, subsidy tool usage, activity conversion paths, etc., in real-time to identify opportunities and risks in operational strategies. Subsidy Strategy Development and Operational Support 1. Based on user lifecycle and segmentation models, develop differentiated subsidy strategies for new users, dormant users, churned users, etc. (e.g., new customer discounts, coupons, cashback vouchers, etc.). 2. Collaborate with the product and B2B operations teams to configure optimal incentive plans, design crowd × tool combination strategies, and improve activation and retention conversion rates. Actively assist the product and research team in optimizing delivery tools and data infrastructure to improve the effectiveness of paid advertising. Strategy Review and Optimization 1. Track the execution results of each subsidy/incentive strategy, providing effect attribution, path analysis, and ROI evaluation. 2. Continuously optimize incentive strategy combinations based on review results, forming standardized strategy evaluation models and strategy documentation. 3. Regularly produce monthly/weekly analysis reports to provide data support and optimization directions for user operations strategies.
1. Technical Strategy & Architecture: Own the overall technical architecture design, technology selection, and evolution plan for the Web3 wallet APP.
