Main Responsibilities 主要职责 
•	Reduce purchasing price by using all kinds of procurement leverage (e.g.: negotiation, e-bidding, local sourcing, supplier switch) to control material cost. 
通过使用各种采购手段（如谈判、电子竞标、本地化采购、供应商更换等）降低采购价格以控制物料成本。 
•	Make suitable procurement strategy by tracking responsible material supply market trend, looking into deep of purchased material cost structure and supplier structure to secure material cost of product can be maintained competitive in the industry. 
通过跟踪所负责物料供应市场发展趋势、深入了解物料成本结构和市场供应商结构，制订合适的采购战略，以确保公司产品成本中的物料采购成本能够在同行业中保持有竟争力的水平。 
•	Secure material availability by studying supplier portfolio (single source or multi-source), identify potential shortage risk from supplier production capacity, or quality default and taking supplier base optimization approaches (e.g. 2nd sourcing, supplier development in logistic or quality). 
通过研究供应商组合、发现潜在的因供应商产能不足或质量缺陷而产生物料供应短缺的风险，并采取供应商优化措施（如：开发第二供应商，发展供应商物流和质量能力等）。 
•	Leading to build up a solid supplier base by implementing systematic supplier management approaches (Supplier selection, evaluation, development, phase out…
