Main Responsibilities 主要职责•	Be responsible for new supplier audits with VDA 6.3, promote the localization process of components, and ensure that relevant components meet quality standards and project requirements.
熟练使用VDA 6.3进行新供应商审核，推动零部件的国产化进程，确保相关零部件符合质量标准及项目需求。
•	Collaborate with the team from the German headquarters to follow up on the localization of new project parts, ensuring that the quality standards of the localized parts are consistent with those of the headquarters.
协同德国总部团队，跟进新项目零件的国产化评审及导入过程，保障国产化零件质量标准与总部一致。
•	Monitor and analyze the performance data of suppliers, identify those with underperformance, formulate improvement plans and implement them, continuously supervise the progress of rectification, and enhance the quality and delivery capabilities of suppliers.
监控并分析供应商的绩效数据，识别表现不足的供应商，制定改进计划并组织实施，持续监督整改进度，提高供应商质量和交付能力。
