工作描述

任职要求
1.	本科或以上学历，物流工程专业、物流管理专业、工业工程专业 Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics engineering, logistics management，Industrial engineering
2.	3年以上团队管理经验，7年以上制造业物流相关经验At least 3 Years team management experience, 7 Years logistics experience in Manufacturing Industry.
3.	Rich practice on Logistic Planning, familiar with auto logistics device and use environment , understand the equipment difference  between main logistics device supplier. 物流规划经验丰富，了解各种物流自动化设备及使用场景，了解物流主流设备商设备之间的差异
4.	Understand & skilled in using lean optimization tools to develop and continuously improve logistics process有说服力的项目经验证明候选人可充分运用各种精益优化工具推动物流流程的持续改善
5.	Know-how on logistics system and the relationship with other systems (WMS, MES, TMS, etc.) 了解物流信息化系统并了解与其它系统之间的关联性（WMS, MES, TMS 等）
6.	Familiar with process of material packaging design and test。and understand the production process and structure of returnable packaging熟悉材料包装的设计、测试流程。并对周转包装的生产工艺及结构有了解
7.	Nice to have some understanding of production plan and material plan, can provide improvement suggestion and direction对生产计划及物料计划有一定的了解，可以提供改善的建议及方向
8.	清晰的逻辑思维能力，有韧性且灵活的处事风格，结果导向，可以适应多变的业务环境 Logical thinking, resilience & flexibility， result orientation
9.	优秀的沟通和影响能力，能实现跨业务、跨区域和文化的团队合作 Very good communication skill and ability to impact people, collaboration with cross-function, cross-region team
10.	良好的英语沟通和书写能力 Good English talking & writing
