You’ll make an impact by
• Employee HR Consultation: Handle employee HR inquiries and requests covering the full employee life cycle, employee benefits and other related areas, and advise employees on company policies and daily operational rules.
• Work Order and Intelligent Channel Operation: Manage and follow up on HR work orders and chatbot inquiries to ensure timely issue resolution and accurate response delivery.
• HR Digital Project Implementation: Participate in the planning, implementation and execution of HR digitalization projects.
