Position Overview
The product manager of cable & connection system is the global responsible product owner, who will define and deliver the competitive cable & connection products to the target market according to the market needs with the unique selling point to win profitable business growth.

The product manager will be responsible for: 
-	Take full ownership for product lifecycle management of MOTION‑CONNECT cable & connection portfolio, including requirement engineering, new product definition, business case creation, product launch and commercialization. 
-	Conduct market and competitor analysis, define and prioritize the requirements by understanding customer’s real needs and in accordance with the business strategy.
-	Develop the convincing business plan (product requirements, price definition, quantity, profitability) in line with target business regions.
