We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Domain Business Development Manager to join our Siemens Intelligent Infrastructure (SI) Buildings team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding market share, and forging strategic partnerships in the SI buildings. You will work closely with regional sales teams, product management, and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve both revenue and gross margin targets while aligning with our corporate strategic goals.You'll make an impact by
1.	Regional Target Achievement & P&L Accountability
• Identify, analyze, and pursue new business opportunities within the smart buildings, green building, and IoT infrastructure markets.
• Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for target regions 、partner development and regional key customer segments (e.g., regional VM Installers or SI / Top-tier Regional Clients / Customers).
2.	Sales & Margin Optimization:
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to co-create winning account strategies, balancing revenue growth with healthy gross margin (GM…
