Minimum Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field. Experience: 10+ years of experience in R&D, Systems Engineering, or Technical Consulting within the Data Center or Critical Power industry. Deep Subject Matter Expertise in 3-Phase UPS systems and battery technologies is mandatory. Key Competencies: Commercial Mindset: A strong desire to pivot from "how it works" (R&D) to "how it creates value" (Offer Management). Customer Facing: Experience presenting to senior customer stakeholders and handling difficult technical objections. Influence: Ability to challenge R&D peers constructively and influence roadmap decisions without direct authority. Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the "Big Picture" of the data center ecosystem (cooling, power, IT load) rather than just the UPS box. Languages: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
