任职要求 1、本科以上学历，有复杂项目、owner 项目经验优先。 2、有过硬后端java经验，熟悉 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、微服务或同类服务端框架。 3、具备基本前端开发和联调能力，理解 Vue / React 等常见前端框架、页面状态、表单配置、接口交互和权限控制；能参与中后台页面问题定位和小范围改动。 4、有触达营销系统、通知中心、任务调度、批量发送、用户运营平台或类似经验优先，理解营销任务创建、用户圈选、模板渲染、策略校验、渠道发送、回执与效果统计链路。 5、有项目管理、模块负责人经验优先，能带领2-4人项目团队保障项目落地。 6、熟悉 MySQL / Postgr…
