工作职责
1、负责图像（2D/3D）和点云领域的核心感知算法研发与优化，包括但不限于：目标检测、语义/实例分割、多目标跟踪、通用障碍物、多传感器融合等； 2、探索并将最前沿的深度学习模型（如Transformer、BEV感知、Occupancy Networks等）应用于云端真值系统； 3、对感知模型的性能瓶颈进行深度分析和攻关，持续提升算法在精度、速度与稳定性上的表现；
