This role is required to operate with a strong commercial focus ensuring alignment to the Bank’s business objectives while adhering to the Bank’s control principles at all times. The Senior KYC Specialist is required to utilise knowledge and expertise to manage and execute KYC-related activities, including onboarding, customer outreach, periodic and event trigger reviews, and provide SME support to the rest of the production team to ensure cases are completed in line with regulatory standard and the Bank’s KYC procedures. The successful candidate will join the KYC Operations team in Malaysia, reporting directly into the Operations Manager in Malaysia and KYC Operations lead in Singapore. Documentation Review • Reach out to customers to obtain KYC information and documents, address any queries or clarifications raised by customers while maintaining a customer-oriented service attitude • Review and ensure that all information and documents collected are good to satisfy regulatory requirements Screening • Perform screening of customer names against lists, discount and mitigate screening hits for prospective and existing customers • Conduct outreach to customers to obtain relevant information to address screening alerts Enhanced Due Diligence/Periodic Reviews/Event Driven Reviews • Perform background checks and conduct interviews with customers • Review and update KYC profiles for existing customers in accordance with the review schedule • Conduct transaction reviews to identify any abnormalities that require further investigations • Investigate and conduct trigger event reviews on existing customers, assess customer’s business and perform AML risk assessment Transaction Monitoring • Reach out to customers to obtain relevant information to address transaction monitoring alerts • Evaluate the completeness of customer’s response and clarify where required • Others • Provide ongoing SME guidance to support the production teams • Update relevant MI timely and accurately to ensure that KPI can be reported quickly and efficiently • Provide support for urgent requests, assist the team in completing ad-hoc projects • Preparation of data to track Book of Work completion and MI reporting Leadership & Teamwork • Advocate focus in customer experience at the heart of the team’s operations • Champion agile ways of working across the team • Ability to identify and break down complex problems, and work with various stakeholders in implementing optimal solutions with strategic intent • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including AML, Risk, Business, Tech, Customer Service and Operations teams

This role is critical in delivering timely and accurate consolidated financial reporting, while also providing oversight of legal entity financial controllership — including entity structures, intercompany reconciliations, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, proven leadership, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills to continuously enhance processes and ensure the integrity of group-level financial information. Key Responsibilities Legal Entity Controllership • Act as financial steward for designated entities, ensuring proper accounting, reporting, and compliance. • Oversee legal entity maintenance, including set-ups, mergers, dissolutions, and reorganizations. • Partner with tax, treasury, and legal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Review entity-level balance sheets and income statements for accuracy and provide trend analysis. Process Ownership & Improvement • Lead initiatives to streamline and automate reporting and consolidation processes. • Drive standardization and harmonization of reporting practices across entities. • Identify and resolve issues related to data quality, chart of accounts alignment, and system integration. • Support implementation of system simplification, legal structure optimization, and compliance enhancements. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration • Provide leadership and mentorship to accountants or analysts in consolidation and reporting. • Act as the key liaison between local finance teams, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Corporate Accounting. • Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring deliverables are met. • Support internal and external audits, responding to audit queries related to consolidation and legal reporting.

We are seeking an experienced Group Reporting & Consolidation Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end group reporting and consolidation process.This role plays a critical part in delivering timely and accurate consolidated financial reporting, while also providing oversight of legal entity financial controllership - including entity structures, intercompany reconciliations, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, proven leadership, and the ability to collaborate effectively across finance, tax, legal, and operational functions to continuously improve processes and safeguard the integrity of group-level financial information. Key Responsibilities Group Consolidation Management • Drive end-to-end month, quarter, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy across complex or difficult accounting areas. • Lead and manage the full consolidation process, including variance analysis at group level for management review. • Oversee multicurrency translations and foreign exchange revaluation processes. • Ensure compliance with IFRS/US GAAP, delivering accurate, complete, and timely consolidated financial statements. • Manage elimination entries, minority interests, and intercompany balances. • Configure and maintain consolidation systems and data structures (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion). Legal Entity Controllership • Act as financial steward for designated legal entities, ensuring accounting, reporting, and compliance standards are met. • Oversee entity maintenance including set-ups, mergers, dissolutions, and reorganizations. • Partner with tax, treasury, and legal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Review entity-level financials for accuracy and provide trend analysis. - Lead the security operations function aligned with organizational goals and risks appetites, and collaborate with other security functional teams to enhance protection measures and overall security posture. - Develop and maintain the organization’s incident response playbooks and security operational runbooks. - Manage outsourced service providers, including intra-group outsourcing arrangements and other third-party vendors. Perform regular evaluations of vendor performance and oversee Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Ensure high performance, accountability, and compliance from all outsourced providers while optimizing costs. - Lead the organization’s incident response efforts, working closely with internal teams and external partners during security events. - Conduct detailed investigations into security breaches and anomalous activities, and provide insights for remediation and improvement. - Communicate actionable insights and updates on the evolving threat landscape to relevant stakeholders. - Identify and implement new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance security operations efficiency and effectiveness. - Provide regular reporting to leadership and other functional heads on security operations metrics and trends.
