任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，有1年以上云平台软件开发或汽车行业交付的项目管理经验；
2、熟练掌握项目管理方法与工具，具备优秀的项目规划、项目拆解、进度管控、风险防控与资源协调能力，能独立统筹复杂技术交付侧项目；
3、具备极强的跨团队协调和与客户沟通的能力，能有效对接技术与非技术团队，精准传递诉求与执行反馈，高效推动跨部门、跨领域协同；
4、具备良好的问题解决能力与抗压能力，能应对项目突发情况；
5、拥有大局观与主人翁精神，具备主动服务团队、支撑团队的的意识，以…工作职责
1、项目管理与业务交付：负责团队参与的量产和交付项目的全生命周期管理，深入理解业务，结合业务目标明确项目范围、时间节点、交付标准及资源需求，制定科学可行的项目计划，在规定时间内拿到既定业务目标，对项目过程和结果负责；监督项目进度执行，定期跟踪项目里程碑达成情况，及时发现并解决项目推进中的卡点、瓶颈问题；参与项目质量管控，监督技术方案落地、测试验证等环节，确保交付成果符合技术规范与客户需求。 2、资源协调与跨部门协同：协调项目所需各类资源，合理分配资源，解决资源冲突；承担部门跨团队协同核心角色，高效联动前线AR、SR、产研、运维、财务、法务等多方向，保障项目顺利推进。 3、团队与客户衔接：期望能成为团队与客户的“翻译官”，定期向客户和项目相关方同步技术和项目进度、质量、风险等情况，沟通交付难点，向内部交付团队传递客户诉求，确保双方信息高效同步；处理项目相关的投诉与异议，协调各方达成共识，维护良好的合作关系，保障项目顺利推进。 4、知识沉淀及团队赋能：结合业务和团队特点，积累和沉淀项目管理和交付经验及方法论，组织技术交流、经验分享等活动；通过对研发和交付过程中细致敏锐的观察及定量/定性分析度量，诊断团队效率痛点并推动协同团队做改进提升；组织团队活动，激励团队士气，提升团队凝聚力。
The Role: The Service Tooling team is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of custom service and commissioning tooling hardware, supporting the rapid deployment and maintenance of Tesla’s Energy storage and charging solutions. This role ensures effective project execution, cost control, product delivery, and quality assurance throughout the development process. This Technical Program Manager will oversee tooling programs from concept to production, coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and manufacturing sites to meet project timelines and cost targets. Responsibilities include defining project scope, managing schedules, mitigating risks, and ensuring tooling solutions meet quality and safety standards. Responsibilities: Start-to-finish hardware ownership: Specification, architecture, design, simulation, schematic, layout, prototype, validation, and manufacturing of circuit boards/panel electronics. Thoroughly document design requirements, calculations, power budgets, validation results, procedures on how to use, testing plans, etc. Rapidly iterate as electrical design requirements and product features/interfaces mature over time. Design service and commissioning tooling for user interface robustness. Drive mechanical enclosing requirements and collaborate with Mechanical engineers on safely and efficiently encasing electronic tool designs. Propose custom technical solutions to drive application customization for our Energy storage products. Ability to travel to commissioning sites, containment sites, and Giga factories 10-15% of the time.
1. 全流程项目管理：作为eSSD项目总负责人，全面主导从产品立项、技术可行性分析、项目启动到设计、开发、测试、Qual、量产导入及生命周期管理的各个环节； 2. 技术决策与风险管控：识别项目中的关键技术难题（如控制器固件、介质适配、PCIe/NVMe接口性能、数据完整性与可靠性等），组织专家评估并做出决策，确保技术路线正确； 3. 跨部门团队协同：领导由硬件、固件、软件、测试、质量、制造、供应链等跨职能团队组成的PDT，推动高效沟通与协作，达成项目目标； 4. 计划制定与交付管理：制定详细的整体项目计划，明确里程碑、关键路径及交付物，监控进度、成本、质量与风险，并定期向管理层汇报； 5. 资源与预算管控：规划、申请并管控项目所需人力、设备及财务资源，确保项目在预算范围内达成目标，并将客户需求转化为可执行的产品规格书和技术要求。
负责L3售前支持及项目落地。 技术范围（主要通过拉通资源实现，个人需在过程中了解相关技术背景）包括： 对接硬件系统架构； 收集OEM数模并实施传感器校核； 车辆改装方案； 项目管理的业务： 整合管理、范围管控、时间管理、成本管理、质量管理、人力资源管理、沟通管理、风险管理、干系人管理。 面向外部客户，配合公司销售团队争取潜在项目机会，引导客户或合作方梳理出合理需求，提高获取项目及交付的成功率。 对接内部产研团队、销售团队、交付团队，推进项目顺利实施并按期交付
The Role As Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading a wide variety of cross-functional engineering projects. You will have an integral part in critical projects that improve our product and introduce new products. This position requires a strong understanding of business processes, operations, and required documentation. You should be an analytical and agile problem solver who can work with a large number of stakeholders to drive cross-functional teams to a common goal. Responsibilities • Manage fast-paced cross-functional projects from end-to-end, covering a range of programs and subsystems • Develop and manage project plans and ensure on-time delivery • Constantly work to evolve our processes towards increasing precision and dependability, while still maintaining the agility that has gotten Tesla to where we are now • Lead the teams with strength and confidence through rapid development cycles, changing requirements, and uncertainty • Drive execution and completion of multiple projects at the same time across internal and external stakeholders • Act as advocate and liaison for APAC engineering organization with a number of North America and EMEA based groups • Cross-functionally communicate at a senior level key developments and updates on new projects • Start-to-finish whole vehicle ownership: Specification, prototype manufacturing, component/system validation. • Collaborate with Chassis parts design, system/vehicle integration, program management, manufacturing and reliability test teams • Rapidly iterate as design requirements and vehicle features mature over time
