任职要求
Master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, mathematics, or a related field. At least 3 years experience with voice assistants and speech technologies (VAD, ASR, TTS) Experience with NLP systems and conversational agents Proficiency in AIGC (LLM / VLM, diffusion models) Practical experience with pre-training and fine-tuning techniques, inference acceleration, model optimization, and deployment. Expertise in end-to-end optimization of real-time streaming conversational systems. Strong skills in Python, data analysis tools, and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow). Ability to research, evaluate, select, and improve algorithms for innovative products. Preferred Qualifications: Background in computer vision algorithms. Experience with multi-modal systems (e.g., text + vision). Familiarity with web service development (APIs, databases, Docker). Publications and patents are a plus.

Key Responsibilities Lead the algorithm design and data flow architecture for specific scenarios. Adapt LLMs to specific application scenarios via continued pre-training or fine-tuning. Evaluate and monitor model performance using both quantitative and qualitative metrics; recommend the best models for specific tasks. Stay current with AIGC trends and apply cutting-edge technologies and methods to work. Solve complex problems, share knowledge, and collaborate across departments.
