1. CDD/KYC Operations & Compliance - Execute end-to end Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes for merchants and clients, ensuring adherence to global AML/CFT regulations (e.g., FATF, local regulatory frameworks). - Conduct customer profile assessments, document verification (e.g., entity certificates, UBO identification), and ongoing periodic review etc. - Maintain audit-ready operational records and process document. 2. Operational Efficiency & Automation - Partner with Risk and LCAP Strategy teams to refine KYC/CDD standard, clear bottlenecks and optimize approval rates through data-driven adjustments. - Collaborate with Product/Tech to implement automation tools (e.g., OCR for document processing, RPA/APA for workflow triggers), reducing manual effort - Train frontline staff on CDD/KYC requirements and escalation protocols. - Implementation of Effectiveness Supervision and Inspection: - Identify, evaluate, and monitor various risks in daily business operations. - Conduct special reviews and inspections based on risk. - Timely feedback to management and business departments. Provide data-supported decision-making suggestions. - Offer effective improvement opinions and suggestions to prevent and reduce operational risks in key business and management areas.

We are seeking for a Payment Product Manager based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct market research and client interviews to understand client needs and market practice 2. Defining product requirements based on client needs and business objectives 3. Provide cross-border payment solutions for Ant's global users and acquirers 4. Responsible for the implementation of the product capabilities of acquiring payment products Drive product innovation and differentiation 5. Collaborate closely with internal teams including engineering, marketing, business, and others to deliver high-quality products on time
1.Conduct research and analysis on the product innovation, market structure, industry trends, and competition dynamics of China & overseas FinTech markets, including analyzing the market performance and trends of listed FinTech stocks. 2.Screen and evaluate various overseas FinTech investment opportunities, including but not limited to payment, neobanks, digital wallets, lending, financial technology, digital currency, etc., conduct investment analysis and due diligence on projects. 3.Communicate and negotiate with target companies, participate in investment negotiations and transactions, and participate in post-investment management and supervision. 4.Regularly write investment reports and industry analysis reports, providing investment advice and decision-making support to the company's senior management. 5.Source potential investment opportunities and build sourcing networks as needed.
1.Responsible for the upload and verification of all merchant information for the Keeta Brazil team, ensuring efficiency, completeness, and accuracy of data. 2.Build and manage a Keeta Brazil merchant onboarding team with strong local capabilities, and continuously improve team productivity. 3.Establish comprehensive internal and external collaboration workflows and supervision mechanisms, iterating processes to ensure the team serves the business accurately and efficiently. 4.Monitor and report on key onboarding metrics, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure a seamless merchant onboarding experience. 5.Collaborate closely with sales, compliance, and product teams to streamline onboarding operations and address merchant needs. 6.Develop training materials and conduct onboarding training for new staff and merchants as needed.
