1-Education：Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher; majors in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Management, Data Science, or related fields are preferred.
2-Data Skills: Proficient in SQL, with the ability to independently conduct data analysis, feature interpretation, and experimental evaluation. Familiarity with Python (e.g., Pandas/NumPy) or common machine learning metrics (e.g., AUC, F1 score) is a plus.
3-Experience: Strong interest in and hands-on experience with large language models and multimodal generation; solid understanding of core AIGC principles and workflows (e.g., ComfyUI, RAG).
