1.负责梳理亚太市场产品需求,与各区域团队共同进行客户痛点挖掘与产品价值验证; 2.负责整理东北亚地区项目方案,建立知识库体系; 3.负责Global Accounts销售过程中所需的技术支持,包括产品介绍、需求分析、解决方案设计、产品演示、PoC支持、产品测试支持等 4.跟进亚太市场AI产品动向与市场洞察,协助产品共同制定迭代方向

1.Provide technical support in the sales process, including product introduction, demand analysis, solution design, PoC support, product testing, and draft technical proposal or related technical documentation to support the sales process. Responsibility also includes project status updates, risk analysis through PoC and customer feedback. 2.Support for project delivery of SenseTime AI solutions and provide development guidance to customers and partners in the process of system integration. 3.Ad-hoc technical support and help trouble shooting to solve technical issues, via efficient internal communication with remote R&D teams. 4.Train and guide customers to utilize SenseTime solutions to meet their requirements. Provide feedbacks to product and R&D team to help continual iterations. 5.Support for after sales request and optimize related workflow with HQ A/S team to complete local after sales service for local customers.
