任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历,电子、通信、质量、机械等相关专业优先
2. 5年以上消费电子研发质量管理经验,平板/手机相关经验优先
3. 熟悉电子通讯基础与质量管理体系,理解SMD开发流程与项目管理方法
4. 具备质量策划、监控、闭环改善能力,能独立输出高质量报告并…工作职责
1. 作为项目组客户质量代表,确保产品满足客户、行业及法规要求 2. 保证产品开发流程与项目管理流程的严格执行并持续优化 3. 统筹研发、部品、生产、售后质量,完成质量策划、监控、闭环与持续改善 4. 建立并管理质量目标与KPI,推进质量风险识别、预防与质量评审 5. 管理用户测试计划与执行,收敛问题并提升用户体验 6. 提供生产质量支持,跟踪试产/量产质量表现并推动整改 7. 提供部品质量支持,参与供应商质量评审与来料质量控制 8. 管理售后质量问题,组织根因分析与8D报告,落实纠正预防措施
1.负责产品研发、售后质量策划; 2.主导制定产品可靠性标准、测试计划、推动可靠性测试; 3.跟进buglist,推动&协助研发关闭问题点; 4.参与设计评审,转阶段评审,输出可靠性风险点; 5.管控量产产品设计变更; 6.客诉分析与主导重大异常改善;
As the Manager for the QPM team in Greater China, you will be responsible for leading and developing a talented team of Quality Program Managers. You will provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance, while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. In this role, you will work with the business teams (in region and worldwide) as well as collaborate with the Retail Customer Care leadership. You will translate the regional quality strategy into actionable plans for the GC market, ensuring that our quality initiatives are tailored to local customer expectations and business needs. You will participate in business reviews, provide quality insights and are responsible for driving quality and performance improvements. You will need to be responsible in supporting and guiding QPMs to achieve business goals in customer experience and quality performance and includes building behavior based plans based on qualitative and quantitative insights. 1 保证产品设计和开发按照IPD流程定义的要求和方法执行。 2 负责制定产品质量标准,质量策略,质量目标,测试计划。 3 负责产品开发过程中的质量控制,推动产品质量目标达成,包括但不限于:风险识别,试产跟进,测试状态跟进,用户招募与试用管理,签样管理等 4 监控产品上市后的质量表现,参与FRA分析,推动产品质量持续改进。 教育程度:本科及以上学历,理工科优先(通信、计算机、设计学 等专业优先) 工作经验:积累研发或产品线工作经验,具备某一个模块的专业经验(项目管理、产品管理、用户体验用户研究、体验设计、体验测试、产品体验管理 中某一个岗位2年以上经验)
