工作职责


We are looking for a skilled and motivated attorney with a strong technical background and proven experience in U.S. patent litigation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of patent infringement cases before U.S. district courts and the International Trade Commission (ITC). This role offers the unique opportunity to be based in China while practicing U.S. law on behalf of a diverse and sophisticated clientele.

In This Role, You Will:
•	Manage all aspects of U.S. patent litigation cases from inception through trial and appeal.
•	Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
•	Manage the discovery process, including e-discovery, document review, depositions, and expert witness preparation.
•	Develop case strategy and work closely with clients, technical experts, and senior colleagues.
•	Advise clients on patent portfolio strategy, freedom-to-operate, and infringement risks.
