The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of patent infringement cases before U.S. district courts and the International Trade Commission (ITC). This role offers the unique opportunity to be based in China while practicing U.S. law on behalf of a diverse and sophisticated clientele. In This Role, You Will: • Manage all aspects of U.S. patent litigation cases from inception through trial and appeal. • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda. • Manage the discovery process, including e-discovery, document review, depositions, and expert witness preparation. • Develop case strategy and work closely with clients, technical experts, and senior colleagues. • Advise clients on patent portfolio strategy, freedom-to-operate, and infringement risks.
Job Description: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Litigation Counsel to join our legal team in Saudi Arabia. This role will primarily support various business lines on a wide range of contentious dispute matters, including civil, commercial, administrative litigation, labor arbitration & litigation, and other ADR proceedings. The ideal candidate shall be capable of handling dispute resolution cases independently, and play a key role in designing and managing litigation strategy, providing practical legal advice to management and headquarters, and coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders as well as external counsel.
