What We're Looking For:
•	A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering. An advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) is preferred.
•	A Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school.
•	An active attorney license in good standing from any state in the United States. Admission to the USPTO Bar is a strong plus.
•	A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in patent litigation. Experience with China-based clients is acceptable, while direct U.S. litigation experience is strongly preferred.
