工作职责
1、核心系统开发： 基于 Java (Spring Boot/Cloud) 技术栈，参与供应链核心系统（订单、库存、物流）的功能开发与维护，保证高并发场景下的系统稳定性； 2、AI工程化落地（重点）： 负责 LLM应用层开发：对接OpenAI/国产大模型API，开发基于大模型的业务插件（Agent）； 3、参与 RAG（检索增强生成） 架构搭建： 涉及向量数据库（Milvus/Pinecone/Elasticsearch）的数据写入与检索优化； 4、AI辅助研发实践： 深度实践 AI-Assisted Coding：在日常开发中熟练使用GitHub Copilot/Cursor进行代码生成、单元测试编写和代码重构，成为部门“AI效能提升”的种子选手； 5、技术文档沉淀： 利用AI辅助工具撰写高质量的技术文档与接口文档，沉淀“AI+Java”的最佳实践案例。
