任职要求 一、学历与工作经验 - 本科及以上学历，计算机、电子信息、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业，1-3年AI应用开发相关工作经验，有漫剧、短视频、图文平台AI开发经验者优先。 - 具备完整的AI应用从需求梳理、方案设计、开发落地到上线迭代的全流程经验，主导过1个漫剧/泛文娱领域AI核心功能的开发项目优先。 二、核心技术能力 - 编程语言：精通Python、Java（至少掌握1种后端语言），熟悉常用数据结构与算法，具备扎实的代码功底。 - AI技术：熟悉AIGC相关技术，具备AI应用开发、工程化部署、大模型微调（如有）相关经验。 - 业务相关：了解漫剧生产流程（如脚本、分镜、转码、上架），熟悉…
