任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、自动化、信息管理等相关专业优先。 2、5年以上软件研发、系统架构、数字化平台或AI应用建设相关经验，具备2年以上大模型应用、智能体、知识库、RAG或企业AI项目落地经验；有制造业、家电行业、研发管理、营销运营、供应链或企业内部数字化系统建设经验者优先。 3、熟悉大模型应用架构、RAG、Agent、Prompt工程、知识库、向量检索、工作流编排、模型评测和AI应用工程化方法；理解企业级系统架构、数据治理、权限体系、接口集成、安全合规、性能稳定性和成本治理要求。 4、具备独立完成需求分析、技术方案设计、架构图输出、接口设计、系统集成、项目推进和上线交付的能力；熟悉Python、Java、Node.js等至少一种开发语言，了解数据库、API、容器化、云服务、日志监…
