任职要求
1、3年以上相关领域架构师或高级技术岗位经验,具备扎实的技术功底和系统设计能力; 2、掌握Golang / Java / Python中至少一种语言,具备高并发、分布式场景下的架构设计与性能优化能力; 3、熟悉微服务架构、容器化(Kubernetes)、Serverless等云原生技术的原理与实践,有相关场景的架构设计和开发经验; 4、对AI/LLM领域有较好的理解,了解AI Agent、RAG、Function Calling、MCP协议、多Agent协作等技术方向,有实际项目经验者优先; 5、具备优秀的客户沟通能力和需求分析能力,能够将复杂的客户需求转化为可落地的技术方案; 6、有良好的文档撰写和方案呈现能力,能独立完成技术方案设计文档与客户演示材料的编写; 7、有强烈的技术热情和好奇心,自我驱动能力和学习能力强;具备良好的分析解…

工作职责
1、为客户提供企业级AI应用架构整体方案设计,涵盖AI Agent构建、LLM网关代理、Skill/MCP编排、多Agent协作等核心场景,指导客户基于阿里云云原生产品体系(AI网关、MSE Nacos、HiClaw等)落地实施; 2、深入理解客户业务需求和技术痛点,包括功能性需求、非功能性需求、性能及高可用性需求,针对不同行业特点提供基于阿里云云原生AI技术体系的架构设计方案; 3、主导AI Agent/AgentOS方向的方案孵化与技术探索,结合团队产品推动多Agent协作场景的商业化落地,在AI时代创新出能切实帮助企业的新方案; 4、收集并总结产品在客户侧落地过程中的需求、问题和反馈,推动产品经理及研发团队进行产品迭代改进,形成「客户→方案→产品」的正向闭环; 5、对业务团队架构师、合作伙伴进行解决方案培训与技术赋能,持续迭代提升解决方案与客户业务需求的匹配度; 6、与销售团队紧密协作,参与客户技术交流与项目攻坚,用技术专业能力推动业务发展和商业目标达成。
