任职要求
1、大学本科或以上学历,计算机相关专业 2、熟悉大模型相关的微调、推理技术栈,熟悉主流开源框架(vllm、sglang等) 3、熟悉面向对象和多线程等基础编程,熟悉微服务、消息队列、MYSQL、缓存等技术 4、有扎实的专业基础,熟悉常见的数据结构及算法、对计算网络、操作系统等有深刻的理解 5、有互联网企业实习经验优先 6、有编程竞赛获奖经验或有独立代表作品优先
工作职责
1、建设小红书推荐、搜索和电商领域算法团队相关的算法工程能力 2、支持大规模算法服务的设计、开发和编排调度,满足在线审核、内容理解等业务需求 3、支持基于LLM的AI能力在小红书问答、客服等多个场景落地
