工作职责 1、深度参与小红书海内外社区/电商等核心场景下通用搜索、AI搜索以及搜索增长等业务功能模块，赋能十亿级query规模搜索业务 2、参与小红书搜索业务迭代，同时满足产品、算法对于核心引擎或者基础平台的功能需求 3、抽象通用的业务开发框架与组件，提升业务支持效率，将现有技术逐步平台化和产品化
