1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉Java语言，熟悉Spring Cloud、ORM 等框架； 3、熟悉常见中间件产品的使用和原理（Mysql、Mybatis、Redis、RocketMQ等）； 4、具备高并发、高可靠 大型互联网服务开发维护经验； 5、良好的沟通、协作、抗压能力； 6、加分项：有内容社区、短视频 后端服务研发经验优先。
工作职责
1、负责小红书核心业务（如：用户体系、内容、社交、触达等）的日常需求迭代； 2、业务架构升级，组件化建设、沉淀行业通用解决方案，提升系统稳定性； 3、推进平台化建设，抽象高内聚业务模型、提升交付效率，业务赋能； 4、负责业务中台稳定性建设，提升中台服务可用性；
