任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机等相关专业优先； 2、有扎实的专业基础，熟悉常见的数据结构及算法、对计算网络、操作系统等有深刻的理解； 3、熟悉至少一门主流语言(Java/Go/Python)和多线程、网络等基础编程，熟悉微服务、消息队列、MYSQL等技术； 4、充满技术热情，有较强的学习能力以及追求技术与极客精神； 5、有互联网企业实习经验或编程竞赛获奖经验优先。
工作职责
1、负责小红书社区本地业务、IM业务后端技术架构设计与研发，负责亿级流量系统架构升级和稳定性保障； 2、从高可用、高性能、高并发、安全性等方面出发，参与服务端核心模块的技术选型和方案设计，并保障系统的稳定性； 3、与客户端、产品、设计、测试等团队紧密合作，完成项目推进和功能交付。
