任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机等相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握Java服务端开发技术栈，具备优秀的领域建模能力和高并发经验； 3、具备商家工作台、行业运营平台、直播后台、开放平台的工作经验加分； 4、有扎实的专业基础，熟悉常见的数据结构及算法、对计算网络、操作系统等有深刻的理解； 5、充满技术热情，有较强的学习能力以及追求技术与极客精神； 6、有互联网企业实习经验或编程竞赛获奖经验优先。
工作职责
1、参与公司电商广告业务的后端研发，包括不限于电商、广告、本地生活等业务场景； 2、通过代码复用、工程/架构升级等方式持续性提升个人以及团队的研发效率； 3、关注线上产品的体验和质量，优化产品性能和交互，为用户提供顺畅购买体验的产品链路。
