任职要求 任职资格 1.计算机、人工智能、电子信息、自动控制、软件工程、数学、统计学等相关专业，本科高年级或研究生在读优先； 2.具备扎实的机器学习、深度学习基础，熟悉推荐系统、搜索广告、计算广告、CTR/CVR 预估、NLP、多模态、大模型、强化学习、生成式学习等方向中的一项或多项； 3.熟练掌握 PyTorch / TensorFlow 等至少一种深度学习框架； 4.具备良好的编程能力，熟悉 Python，了解 Java / C++ / SQL 等语言或工具，具备扎实的数据结构与算法基础； 5.具备优秀的数据分析、问题拆解和快速验证能力，对新技术充满好奇，乐于挑战复杂业务问题； 6.有广告算法、推荐系统、搜索、用户行为建模、智能出价、AIGC、LLM Agent、多模态生成等相关项目经验者优先； 7.在 KDD / WWW / NeurIPS / ICML …
