1、TF机台稳定性提高（uptime improve） 2、负责TF设备日常维护及保养 3、处理设备运行中的异常问题，并将问题彻底解决以降低异常率 4、对新机台，新材料和新零件做可行性评估，给出评估建议并执行 5、新机台装机 6、生产成本降低 7、培训新员工
1. 负责公司B端管理系统的PC端及移动端前端开发，主导复杂模块的技术方案设计与实现； 2. 主导AI能力在前端场景的落地，包括智能表单生成、数据预测分析、自然语言交互等功能的开发； 3. 开发维护Node.js中间层服务，构建高可用BFF层，优化前后端协作效率；
-负责轻舸广告平台前端页面的开发、优化和维护，确保效果和用户体验 -与UI/UX设计师紧密合作，将设计稿转化为高质量的前端代码 -参与前端架构设计与优化，提升前端应用的性能和可维护性 -解决浏览器兼容性问题，确保轻舸广告平台在不同浏览器和设备上的良好表现 -关注前端技术动态，引入新的前端技术和工具，提升开发效率 -探索用AI技术和大模型赋能广告投放，推动商业广告平台的代际升级
1、负责核心产品研发，参与关键模块的设计与实现，确保产品的技术领先性和稳定性。 2、解决复杂的技术问题，对现有系统进行优化，提升系统性能和用户体验。 3、与团队成员紧密合作，进行代码审查，保证代码质量，推动技术分享和团队技术能力提升。 4、参与需求分析和系统设计，提出创新解决方案，以满足业务发展需求。 5、跟踪业界最新技术动态，推动新技术在项目中的应用，持续改进产品技术架构。 1、Responsible for core product development, participating in the design and implementation of key modules to ensure technical superiority and stability. 2、Address complex technical issues, optimize existing systems to enhance performance and user experience. 3、Collaborate closely with team members for code reviews, ensuring code quality, and promoting technical sharing and team capability improvement. 4、Participate in requirement analysis and system design, proposing innovative solutions to meet business development needs. 5、Monitor the latest technology trends, promote the adoption of new technologies in projects, and continuously improve the product's technical architecture.
Be responsible for the landing of the overseas HRIS system (including Core HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence, Talent, employee and manager self-service modules)： 1. Lead overseas HR business requirements research, work collaboratively with HR stakeholders to design and enhance HR processes; 2. Make project plans and create technical HR process designs, coordinate internal and external resources to solve problems encountered during project implementation; 3. Be responsible for system daily operation and enhancement requirements, and continuously improve user experience based on user feedback.
