The role LazPay is the payments and financial services arm of Lazada and is part of the Financial and Payment Business organization of Alibaba International Digital Commerce (AIDC). LazInsure is a growing business unit that focuses on providing embedded insurance solutions within AIDC's e-commerce platforms. We are looking for a customer centric and motivated individual to help with operations and insights to drive the best user experience for Lazada buyers who avail of our insurance products Key Tasks & Responsibilities - Leads the identification and development of business opportunities by doing market opportunity sizing and development of business cases; - Own end to end process of operating and launching insurance products for Lazada in the Philippines - Deliver sales of products, programs, and services through e-commerce platform embedded sales and other channels as measured by net revenue - Setup Customer Segmentation, Strategy, and Retention including insights and business intelligence with support of internal Business intelligence team; - Lead in driving the expansion of products and services through partnerships and vendor selection - Regularly monitor market and benchmark against competition, track regulatory landscape changes, as well as overall InsurTech developments locally and globally - Oversees communication with internal units regarding updates or changes to the products and manages key stakeholders within Alibaba International Digital Commerce - Manage relationships with insurance partners, assisting with the preparation of contractual agreements and ensure that these are fully adhered to as needed - Drive win-win negotiations between Lazada and insurance partners· Contribute to category performance management and deliver insights to senior management - Prepare for and assist with the implementation of regular campaigns and initiatives - Identify and champion product improvements - Any other duties that may be assigned

bettr is the digital lending business under Ant International, focused on providing inclusive financial services to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in strategic markets through partners via embedded finance. By leveraging its innovation-led tech like AI and privacy-preserving computing to enable secure financing solutions, bettr enhances the accessibility and ease of financing, unlocking growth opportunities for MSMEs. Key Responsibilities: - Set up credit risk management framework (process and policy), build and maintain onboarding, assessment, ongoing monitoring and reporting of exposures for the entity. This also includes the usage of AI/ML and the incorporating of alternative data into such models. - Meet Thailand regulatory requirement proactively with risk-related procedures, processes and policies. - Collaborate across functions, including business, product, tech, legal and compliance, enable embedded financing, implement data-driven credit assessment in the various lending platforms / ecosystems that the entity will engage itself in. - Conduct both regular and ad-hoc portfolio analysis on post lending accounts to identify the associated credit risks, update policy, and improving decision engine timely. - Manage the model risks for all scorecards and models including validation and monitoring under Group Model Risk Framework. - Solicit and analyse market related information on the practice or trend of RETAIL and SME risk management, and make recommendations to Senior Management for procedural reviews. - Lead local credit risk team, and enable approver and collection experts to improve daily efficiency with data-driven insight.

The AML Risk Assessment & Controls Manager is a key member of the AML team responsible for designing and executing a risk-based framework to assess, document, and communicate Ant’s AML risk exposure. This role brings together regulatory expertise, analytical rigor, and business insight to identify emerging AML risks, evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls, and shape the organization’s risk mitigation strategies. The role will lead the end-to-end risk assessment lifecycle – from methodology design to stakeholder engagement and reporting. The manager will partner cross functionally to ensure risk assessments are accurate, actionable, and embedded into decision-making. They will also monitor regulatory developments and market trends to proactively adapt the methodology and advise senior leadership on potential exposures and mitigants. Success in this role requires a proactive, data-driven, and collaborative approach. The ideal candidate will bring deep understanding of AML risks in a fast-faced, regulated environment, with a proven ability to translate complex risks into clear control strategies and governance recommendations. Main Responsibilities - Conduct and draft regulatory AML risk assessments to surface potential risk exposures. - Analyze emerging AML trends and evaluate their impact on business lines; deliver actionable insights to guide risk mitigation strategies. - Advise business teams and the BSA Officer on emerging regulatory risks, industry best practices, and control effectiveness. - Develop, update, and enhance risk assessment methodologies to reflect evolving threats, regulatory changes, and business expansion. - Create and maintain materials (risk maps, control matrices, executive briefings) to clearly communicate risks and control coverage to senior leadership and stakeholders. - Provide ongoing reporting on risk assessment outputs, remediation status and control performance to BSA Officer. - Stay current on global AML regulatory developments, enforcement actions, and industry frameworks to continually evolve the program.
