2. 3年以上嵌入式固件开发经验，了解固件的架构.
3. 了解NAND Flash Memory的工作原理, 操作指令和特性，及了解ECC, Garbage Collection, Wear Leve…工作职责
1. 需求分析分解：根据产品在功能，性能，功耗可靠性等方面的定义和需求，分析和分解为NAND/控制器等部件级别的需求，以及结合各部件特性/能力推到系统级别性能/功耗等指标, 与产品和开发团队共同确定合理和有竞争力的产品指标，并推动相关部件优化以达到更有竞争力的产品指标. 2. 模型建立：构建性能/功耗的分析模型，用以支持上述分析 3. 产品和技术Pathfinding：通过对未来产品进行协议/特性/新需求等多维度的技术探索，和与相关团队讨论，以提前发现问题，识别风险并进行必要的技术储备，为未来产品功能，参数定义，关键器件选型等提供参考。
What To Expect Charging and energy product team is looking for a skilled Thermal Safety System Architecture Engineer within Tesla China engineering. In this role, you will focus on developing models for thermal safety in battery energy storage systems, planning and guiding tests to validate these models, and contributing to the overall safety and performance of Tesla's products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust thermal event management and risk mitigation strategies for Energy Products. What You'll Do · Define product safety requirements based on modeling, industry standards, and past test results, guiding product design with clear technical documentation · Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and service teams to integrate modeling insights into product development · Develop and support execution of test plans to validate both models and adherence to product safety
1. 系统架构设计：主导eSSD产品的整体系统架构设计，涵盖硬件、固件及接口协议，确保满足性能、功耗、可靠性等核心指标，评估新技术可行性并推动架构创新； 2. 需求规格定义：定义eSSD内部需求规格，包括功能、性能、兼容性及安全要求，收集并分解客户与市场需求，转化为可执行的技术方案； 3. 技术方案落地：针对复杂技术挑战提供系统级解决方案，主导技术可行性验证与风险评估，协调硬件、固件及测试团队确保设计方案高效落地； 4. NAND闪存选型与协同：根据系统性能目标定义NAND闪存关键参数，协同供应链团队评估供应商方案，确保技术匹配与成本优化； 5. 跨团队协作与文档输出：与产品管理、研发、测试及客户支持团队协作确保产品全周期目标达成，主导技术文档编写（如架构设计文档、需求跟踪矩阵），支持内部评审与客户交付。
You are responsible for leading testing efforts at our manufacturing facilities. In this role, you will: - Create, document and train factory resources on testing Beats HW and SW. - Be responsible for analyzing and reporting test results to cross-functional teams. - Utilize your excellent QA background to characterize defects that rarely reproduce. - Manage defect tracking, publish test plans, report, and own the test case execution by the test team. This is a high-visibility role within the organization that requires excellent trouble-shooting skills along with an ability to analyze and act upon the results of work that is executed remotely.
