任职要求

1. 台湾籍&可获签印度签证着优先，本岗位工作地点以印度为主
2，本科及以上且有手机公司基带&射频&天线背景领域相关工作经验优先
3，主导过多个用户体验研究及设计项目，对用户研究、数据分析、人因工程／人机交互、消费者洞察等一种或多种方法有较为深刻的理解，具有较强的产品创新设计能力，价值实际案例可证明过往经历；
4，积极主动、关注细节、学习能力强、善于沟通，热爱消费类电子产品；
5，有手机行业从业经验或移动互联产品研究经验者优先，有用户行为数据分析经验者优先，业界有较多合作资源者优先，如果内高校，研究机构，创新公司等
1. Taiwanese nationals & those who can obtain Indian visas are preferred. The main work location for this position is India.
2. Bachelor degree or above with relevant work experience in baseband & RF & antenna background of mobile phone companies is preferred.
3. Have led multiple user experience research and design projects, have a deeper understanding of one or more methods such as user research, data analysis, human factors engineering/human-computer interaction, consumer insights, etc., have strong product innovation design capabilities, and have valuable actual cases to prove past experience;
4. Be proactive, pay attention to details, have strong learning ability, good at communication, and love consumer electronics products;
5. Those with experience in the mobile phone industry or mobile Internet product research experience are preferred, those with experience in user behavior data analysis are preferred, and those with more cooperation resources in the industry are preferred, such as universities, research institutions, innovative companies, etc.

工作职责

1. 负责印度市场前端问题的搜集&反馈与痛点分析&改善推动.
2. 市场洞察：
a，负责收集零售端对我司产品的抱怨问题，以及好的建议，输出具有价值性的信息报告。
b，市场研究，收集有关竞争对手、客户、行业趋势和市场机会的数据。
c，与销售、市场营销、产品开发等团队等各个部门合作，确保市场洞察信息被整合到企业的整体战略中。
1. Responsible for collecting and providing feedback on front-end issues in the Indian market, analyzing pain points, and promoting improvements.
2. Local market insights:
a. Collect complaints and good suggestions from retailers about our products and output valuable information reports.
b. Market research, collect data on competitors, customers, industry trends and market opportunities.
c. Work with various departments such as sales, marketing, product development teams, etc. to ensure that market insight information is integrated into the overall strategy of the company.
