As our Quality Supervision Engineer, you will play a critical role in manufacturing quality management and driving for continuous quality improvement. Embed quality requirements in manufacturing process when very early creating phase, quality risk early control and eliminate with effective usage of quality tools and methodologies to delivery sustainable and preventive manufacturing quality. What are my responsibilities? • Production quality / return goods quality KPI management and continue improvement by quality data maintenance and good analysis with quality data system and quality methodologies. • Moderate PFMEA workshop, together with team to identify potential risks and plan measures. • Coordinate and implement on-line audit to ensure effective measures for stable process quality. • Quality assurance for the new products and ensure good quality performance to release for mass run. • Built up Q-requirements into VSM & VAG workshop to install measures at early stage to reduce quality risk. • Transfer Q- requirements to be production Q-control points by control plan or IPQC control. • Driving quality problem solving via Q- methodologies, like 4D/ 8D, decision making when necessary. • Promote quality CIP activities for manufacturing quality continuous improvement • Lead OOB findings quickly root cause investigation and effective measures taken by 8D method. • Moderate daily Q- meetings to track and push the quality issues solving which are found in production line. • Control and reduce additional quality cost via quality improvement activities. • Work with Team for manufacturing quality issues improvement in customer satisfaction. • Quality benchmark and improvement with sending site.

Lead company's logistics planning & optimization blueprint design, Make department work projects and plans, work with logistics team to complete the delivery and implementation of key projects主导制定公司物流规划&优化蓝图,制定部门工作项目及计划,与物流团队共同完成关键项目的交付及落地 2. Use lean management tools and digital management tools, led the team to complete the planning and implementation of planning logistics, intra-logistics, material packaging, logistics system and other related optimization topics结合精益管理工具及数字化管理工具,带领团队完成计划物流、内部物流,材料包装,物流信息化等相关规划及优化方案制定和实施. a. Warehouse capacity planning and equipment selection ( Normal warehouse, high warehouse, etc.) 物流仓库存储能力规划及设备选型(平库,高位库等) b. Definition of internal material feeding concept (Kanban, delivery by order, etc.)内部物料配送物流方式的定义(看板、按单配送等) c. Logistics distribution route planning and equipment selection (tractors, forklifts, etc.) 物流配送路线的规划及设备选型(牵引车,叉车等) d. Logistics automation roadmap planning and implementation (automatic warehouse, automatic handling, etc.)物流自动化方案规划及实施(自动库,自动搬运等) e. According to the current situation of logistics operation , we set up matching logistics planning standards, packaging system (packaging development/packaging management, etc.), logistics automation, logistics informatization, logistics process KPI indicators and other systems针对公司物流运营现状搭建匹配的物流规划标准、包装体系(包装开发/包装管理等)、物流自动化、物流信息化、物流流程KPI指标等体系 4. According to the established logistics work plan and key projects, develop logistics related investment budget and manage budget together with logistics department根据既定的物流工作计划及关键项目,与物流部门共同制定物流相关投资预算并管理预算 5. Develop employee development plan, organize resources to develop and enhance the professional competence of department members; Provide necessary support to improve basic Lean knowledge and capability of logistics operation colleagues 制定能力发展计划,组织资源培养及提高部门成员的专业能力;提供必要支持以提高物流运营部门同事的基础精益知识和能力 6. Participate technical communication with Siemens central function, promote excellent logistics cases of the factory, communicate with business department to evaluate the excellent cases of other factories and then introduce them to the factory . 与西门子总部技术团队一起参与工厂技术交流,推广工厂优秀物流案例并针对其它工厂的优秀案例与业务部门沟通评估后引入工厂.
1、进行市场分析和需求预测,根据器件需求和供应环境,制定相应的储备策略,确保供应的稳定性和可持续性; 2、主动监控和优化关键器件的库存水平,实施库存控制策略,确保库存周转率和成本效率,避免库存积压或短缺; 3、收集并分析物料通用性/复用性、迭代规划、供应趋势、价格趋势等信息,给出战略储备建议; 4、优化战备物料管控流程、运作规则/模型/方法论,并推动IT化管理。
【Government Relations】 Develop and maintain strong relationships with key government officials, agencies, and stakeholders at the local, regional, and national levels, such as GACA, MCIT, TGA, etc. Monitor and analyze policy and regulatory developments affecting UAV operations in Saudi Arabia. 【Policy Advocacy】 Develop and execute strategies to promote policy advancements that support drone delivery services in Saudi Arabia. Actively participate in industry associations and forums to influence the development of UAV-related regulations. 【Regulatory Compliance:】 Ensure the company’s operations comply with all relevant government regulations. Guide regulatory changes and their impact on the business. 【Communication】 Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and government officials. Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and policy briefs to senior management and government entities. 【Partnership Development】 Identify and develop strategic partnerships with government bodies, industry associations, and other stakeholders to advance the company’s interests. Develop public affairs initiatives that educate stakeholders about the benefits and potential of drone delivery systems.
