工作职责
1、负责自动驾驶车端算法软件集成工作，将自动驾驶系统各个功能软件和算法模块与车载设备和系统集成在一起，解决整个系统的数据联通、软硬件的正确性和稳定性问题，将软件集成为完整的、稳定的、可交付的自动驾驶产品； 2、全面参与自动驾驶车端算法软件调试迭代，解决综合性算法与工程问题， 不断改进自动驾驶系统集成的自动化效率与质量； 3、参与自动驾驶项目的软件量产交付，与算法、基础组件、软件架构等团队合作，负责嵌入式系统CPU、内存等核心资源性能优化； 4、结合自动化驾驶系统软件架构，开发性能测评组件和系统级分析工具。
- 搭建自动驾驶软件模块, 搭建功能仿真和功能开发工具链； - 与硬件、算法、工程集成团队合作，优化自动驾驶软件系统； - 负责特定场景自动驾驶项目的工程实现。

This role demands strategic thinking to deliver intuitive, visually stunning experiences. ● Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests) to identify pain points. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into intuitive user workflows and deliver impactful experiences across our ecosystem. ● Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to validate design decisions and iterate rapidly. ● Advocate for design excellence through storytelling, presenting work to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
