我们致力于开发高效的自动驾驶算法和评估系统,以增强和优化我们的自动驾驶技术。该职位将专注于研究基于人工智能的方法,并将其部署在仿真工具上,以促进AV算法的开发和验证。 工作职责: 研发AI 为基础的方法并部署到仿真工具中来帮助AV 算法的开发和验证。包括但不限于: 1. 生成真实的仿真场景。 2. 开发与AV 算法合理交互的仿真智能体。 3. 开发AI 为基础的指标来评估仿真的结果。 需求: 1. 至少在预测,计算机视觉,大语言模型 或强化学习的一方面有很好的知识积累和实践经验;或有很强的算法和C++coding 能力 2. 良好的沟通能力 3. 自驱力强,相信仿真对无人驾驶行业的未来 加分项: 1. 世界模型相关的经验 2. 计算机视觉或lidar 检测模型相关的经验 3. 预测或端到端AV 模型相关的开发经验 4. 规划控制相关的经验 5. 顶会或期刊的发表
