任职要求
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, AI systems, or platform engineering.  
- Proven experience leading large-scale or multi-phase AI projects from design through production.  
- Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, AI platforms, or data-intensive systems.  
- Experience working in complex enterprise or public-sector environments.  
- Solid understanding of cloud and on-prem deployment models.  
- Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions, write technical documents, and collaborate with international customers and teams.  
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.  
- Willingness to travel and work on-site with customers as required.
