We’re looking for an AI Tech Lead to take technical ownership of complex, large-scale AI projects delivered in customer environments. In this role, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end technical leadership—from system architecture and key technical decisions to delivery quality and production readiness. You will work closely with customer technical teams and internal engineers, often in English-speaking environments, to ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and successfully deployed at scale. - Lead the technical design and architecture of large-scale AI solutions, including LLM-based applications, agent systems, and data pipelines. - Take ownership of key technical decisions across model selection, system architecture, deployment strategy, and security considerations. - Drive technical delivery across multi-workstream projects, ensuring solutions move from prototype to stable production systems. - Partner directly with customer engineering, data, and IT teams—often in English—to deploy solutions within enterprise or government environments. - Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution walkthroughs with customer stakeholders. - Guide and mentor engineers involved in on-site or project-based delivery. - Identify and resolve complex technical challenges and delivery risks in large or long-running projects. - Ensure technical quality, scalability, and operational readiness of deployed systems. - Capture and share technical learnings and delivery patterns to improve future project execution.

Looking for a tech-savvy privacy lawyer who is passionate about data and eager to work on innovative issues in the fintech space and knowledgeable and experienced in China's Personal Information Protection Law. You are a business enabler. You will work closely with product and tech team, business development personnel, risk management and other legal/compliance/AML professional, and provide strategic advice to enable business growth and innovation in a privacy compliant manner. You are an effective DPO. You will establish, implement, and maintain privacy governance framework for the relevant business line and ensure compliance with applicable data privacy law and regulations. Responsibilities: Privacy Advisory: ● Provide privacy support to new product launches and initiatives in China and collaborate with APAC team for APAC initiatives. ● Analyze products, policies and initiatives to provide practical risk assessment and solution. ● Drive and implement privacy by design, understand the tech and product, and translate privacy principles into actionable product features. ● Support legal team in contract drafting and negotiation for privacy related issues. Privacy Compliance/DPO responsibilities: ● Drive and implement China’s PIPL compliance for the relevant entities as well as other applicable data privacy laws and regulations ● Monitor changes and updates in privacy legislation and advise on potential impacts to the relevant business lines.
